The Foundation does not operate programs directly. It fulfills its mission through strategic partnerships, leadership development initiatives, and the support of aligned organizations and leaders.
 
 
Governance & Oversight
 
1322 Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for fiduciary oversight, strategic direction, and compliance with all applicable federal and state laws. Day-to-day operations are managed by the Executive Director in collaboration with designated leadership staff, subject to Board oversight.
 
The Foundation maintains governing documents, policies, and procedures designed to ensure ethical conduct, financial accountability, and mission alignment.
