Our Work
Investing in Leaders and Institutions for Long-Term Impact
1322 Foundation advances its mission by partnering with leaders and organizations engaged in consequential work in demanding contexts. We do not operate programs directly. Instead, we come alongside trusted partners whose work aligns with our commitment to leadership formation, pastoral care, and durable community development.
Our current focus areas reflect long-standing relationships and a shared conviction that sustainable impact is built through local leadership, disciplined formation, and institutional integrity.

Peru: Indigenous Leadership & Community Development
In Partnership with Empowering Quechuas
Empowering Quechuas works among indigenous Quechua communities in Peru to address both material need and spiritual formation through a holistic, long-term approach. Their work integrates education, counseling, leadership training, and discipleship, with the goal of equipping individuals and families to build stable, self-directed lives rooted in faith and cultural identity.
Rather than imposing external solutions, Empowering Quechuas prioritizes local agency and leadership development, ensuring that programs strengthen community capacity from within. The focus is not short-term relief, but enduring transformation shaped by personal responsibility, vocational dignity, and Gospel-centered formation.
1322 Foundation supports this work through strategic partnership, leadership development, and long-term capacity building.

Shift Institute Leadership Conference
Nepal: Theological & Leadership Formation
In Partnership with Shift Institute
Shift Institute is a theological training and leadership development organization serving pastors and church leaders across Nepal. Established to address the need for biblically grounded, contextually relevant leadership formation, Shift equips leaders with theological depth, organizational clarity, and practical ministry skills.
Training is delivered through diploma and degree-level programs, discipleship intensives, and mobile training initiatives that bring instruction directly to leaders in their local contexts. This model allows for deep formation without removing leaders from their communities, strengthening churches and ministries where they already serve.
1322 Foundation partners with Shift Institute to support leadership formation that is rigorous, relational, and locally rooted—investing in leaders who carry long-term responsibility for the health of the church in Nepal.
