Stewardship Commitment
1322 Foundation is committed to the responsible stewardship of all resources entrusted to it. Financial decisions are guided by prudence, transparency, and alignment with the Foundation’s charitable mission.
Financial Oversight
The Board of Directors exercises oversight of the Foundation’s financial affairs, including:

Review and approval of annual budgets

Monitoring of expenditures and reserves

Oversight of financial reporting and compliance
Financial controls are in place to ensure appropriate segregation of duties and internal accountability.
Use of Funds
Contributions to the Foundation are used to support its charitable purposes, including leadership formation, pastoral care, and community development initiatives. All funds are deployed in accordance with donor intent and applicable legal requirements.
Reporting & Transparency
The Foundation files required annual informational returns and maintains financial records in accordance with generally accepted nonprofit accounting standards. Financial information may be made available upon request, subject to applicable disclosure requirements.
Ethical Standards
The Foundation adheres to ethical standards designed to prevent conflicts of interest, ensure appropriate use of charitable assets, and maintain public trust. Board members, officers, and staff are expected to act in the best interests of the Foundation at all times.
